Purpose:

Provides a quick reference about where a directory number is being used.

Details:

An External Hot Desk Agent appears as a Hot Desk ACDII agent.

If the directory number is a member of a Personal Ring Group, Multi-device User Group, Suite, or Multi-device Suite, the system response includes an explanatory message.

Example:

Entry: LOC NUM 4000

System Response:

The number refers to a 5020 IP.

Entry: LOCATE NUMBER 4001

System Response:

The number refers to a Multi-device User Group.

The number refers to a 5010 IP.

Entry: LOCATE NUMBER 4002

System Response:

The number refers to a Multi-device Suite.

The number refers to a 5010 IP.
